Frank started his professional career at the age of 15 working as a desktop support intern at UPS. After two summers, he joined a local C-Store chain and took over as Network Administrator by the time he turned 18. Once known to swear he’d never be able to learn command line, before he knew it, he was configuring a new brand of phone system no one had heard of… Cisco.
Frank later transitioned to a value-added reseller (VAR) and spent the next six (6) years installing switches, routers, servers, phone systems, and SANs. After a short contracting job, Frank ended up at Cisco, providing engineering and design support to some of Louisville’s largest and most recognized companies. Deciding to take a leap of faith and join a friend at a startup, Frank eventually ended up full circle at a company he created 14 years ago with a friend from high school, Network Data Solutions.
Frank is always happy to answer questions and provide design assistance but be warned, you may not like what he has to say. He will ask you to clearly define your end goal and how the solution affects the business. On top of that, he will demand you provide the best experience for your users.
